Our Mission

Good Days Recreation empowers individuals to create Good Days through conscious and intentional movement and evidence-based therapeutic practices. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, I guide clients to discover how intentional physical activity can transform their mental wellbeing, one decision at a time.

My Background

Good Days Recreation is a specialized recreation therapy practice dedicated to improving mental health through movement. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, I combine the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with tailored recreation activities to help clients build sustainable wellness practices.


Through personalized therapeutic recreation programs, we support clients in recognizing thought patterns, establishing healthy movement routines, and making conscious decisions that enhance their quality of life. Whether recovering from illness, managing chronic conditions, or seeking improved mental wellness, our evidence-based methods provide practical tools for lasting change.

My Philosophy

I believe that every person deserves Good Days—days filled with purpose, positive mental health, and physical wellbeing. My approach emphasizes the powerful connection between how we move our bodies and how we feel in our minds.
